Beautiful and amazing apartment, has fantastic setting right by oldtown.

The room at Arbor's House was incredibly cozy and comfortable. It had a private bathroom, and the shower was so refreshing after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai. The tile/marble floor gave it a clean and modern feel, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days. Plus, we loved having a balcony to relax on and enjoy the view.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might enjoy hearing the sounds of the city, so it's just my opinion.

There is exceptionally comfortable bed with hypo-allergenic pillows, very useful. Incredible setting, views of garden. Quiet atmosphere, amiable staff...

The place is fairly clean with outstanding and fine room, and views of the mountain. The place is just off the Kad Suan Kaew, a relaxed quiet neighbourhood with plenty cafés, and the mountain.

The value for money at Arbor'S House was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more options to choose from.

Overall unique place!

Clean apartment with excellent location close to Doi Suthep which was $ 425 Baht as well as cafes, restaurant and nice shops. In general super friendly staff. Exceeded high expectations, can recommend.

We stayed at Arbor's House for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful and located in a lovely area with a vibrant atmosphere. There are plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, as well as useful shops like a laundry. The location is close to the old town but still peaceful. They even went out of their way to pay tickets for us! It truly felt like staying at a friend's place. Highly recommended!

I personally found the electric kettle a bit outdated, but hey, some might still appreciate it.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and great restaurants nearby. the hosts were friendly, and we enjoyed playing with their lovely dogs. the room and bath were clean, and despite the lack of a mosquito net, it wasn't a problem for us.

Felt very happy, nothing was too much trouble.
